Prices

Due to daily Platinum and Gold fluctuating prices, all prices listed are subject to change accordingly.  Prior to shipping your order, we will notify you of any price adjustments.

Terms & Methods of Payments

All items must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept money orders, cashiers checks, bank wire transfers, credit cards and PayPal.  All sales in New York State are subject to 8.875% sales tax.

Shipping

All items are shipped domestically by U.P.S., fully insured. There is a $15.00 minimum shipping/handling/insurance fee added to every shipment.   You will receive an e-mail notification when your package has been shipped. For the security of your package, we suggest that you contact us to have your package tracked. Please call us at 1-212-941-8192 for assistance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction is guaranteed.  We fully guarantee the diamond weight and quality of every piece. Custom orders are non-refundable and require a deposit. Upon receipt of Items ordered please conduct an inspection Immediately.  If the item ordered is not as specified, or you would like to return it for any reason, the item must be returned unworn with its original tag attached.  A refund will be issued upon that determination and a refund less the shipping cost will be returned to you within 10 days of receipt of return.  If an error was made on our part, than shipping charges shall be waived as well.  If you have any questions, please call or e-mail us.

Returns

Step 1 – TO ARRANGE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Call us at 1-212-941-8192 to obtain your Return Authorization AND RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS ON RETURN PROCEDURES. Please note there are no returns on “CUSTOM” orders.

Step 2 – Pack Return

Secure the merchandise and Jewelry Appraisal Certificate inside the original jewelry box or bag. Enclose all original packaging, including diamond certificates and appraisal forms (where applicable). Use the original delivery box, if possible. The replacement value for a diamond certificate is UP TO $250.00 PER CT., SO MAKE SURE TO KEEP IT SAFE. DO NOT USE THE TERM JEWELRY ON PACKAGE TO PROTECT ITS CONTENTS.

If you do not have the Return Label found on the original packing slip, then please enclose a document listing the following information:

   – Your name
   – Your return address
   – Daytime phone number
   – Original order number
   – Your email address (if applicable)
   – Return Authorization Code

Your shipment must be fully insured. Use your cost as the amount to insure. In addition, call us at 1-212-941-8192 and we will arrange for its pick-up for you.

Please Ship through UPS ONLY… Due to it’s excellent tracking system and prompt payments for loses…

Step 4 – Check your email

We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account has been credited. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

Exchanges

For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the merchandise. You can apply this credit to the purchase of any item offered by JEWELS BY JANET or DIAMONDS BY JANET.

JEWELS BY JANET will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of ERROR by JEWELS BY JANET AND/ OR RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS.

NOTE: Jewels By Janet will not accept non-insured returns. Non-insured packages and improperly packed packages will be returned to sender. All merchandise must be in its original condition. Items that have been damaged or altered (e.g. resized, engraved, or worn) will not be accepted for a refund.  JEWELS BY JANET WILL NOT BE HELD responsible for damage or loss during shipment. Also, custom orders are non-refundable.
